Meet Green Views interior designer
Sergi Quilez, CEO of Overlord
Our interior designer is called Sergi Quilez, CEO of Overlord, a company in Barcelona, Spain. He has over 25 years experience in this field and has done many projects for very prominent people across the world.
He has done projects in Milan, Morocco, San Francisco, Munich, among others. He decorated the rooms of high profile sportsmen like Lionel Messi, Iniesta, David Villa, Pep Guardiola, among others. That is why we call him ‘celebrity’ interior designer.
Sergi employed a unique skill in designing the rooms and making use of the great architecture and spaces of Green Views. Knowing very well the apartment is located in Africa, he blended the European and African tastes together to satisfy the diverse clientele of Green Views.
According to Mr. Quilez, the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all designed with European concepts with African appeal. Some of the materials were procured locally.
The purpose, he said, is to give tenants of both European and African origin something to identify with. He said that this gives tenants a different sensation from what they are used to in other apartments where they have stayed.
“What makes Green Views different is the sensation people feel when they come here. The atmosphere in the rooms is a different feeling than experienced anywhere else. The designs are made from quality materials from both Europe and Ghana so that clients from both Europe and Africa will feel at home. The sensation they get here is different and unique.”
Green Views is comprised of 28 luxury apartaments with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedoom, duplex configurations. It features a set of amenities like private security, 32 car parking spaces, swimming pool, garden and deck area, gym and so much more!
