Fiber-optic connectivity
The whole complex is wired with fibre-optic connectivity and includes satellite TV, in order to fulfill all your internet and entertainment requirements. Also, the building is equipped with modern fire and smoke detectors.
Security
Security is a primary concern at Green Views, and security and facility management personnel is available through a 24/7 security system. A CCTV surveillance system by one of the most dependables security companies in Ghana, is also featured.
If you’re expecting visitors, once announced, security guards will check with the tenant via intercom to grant them access inside the building.
Power generator and borehole
To ensure that everyday life goes on no matter what, the complex features a back-up generator and borehole. Green Views is connected to the power grid, however, these two features have been installed in order to make up for any power or water cut that may occur.
If power is suddenly interrupted, the backup generator will instantly supply a constant flow of electricity.
