The apartment has a 24/7 security system in place. We have contracted Westec Security Service, one of the reliable security companies in the country, to provide tenants with security. We also have a 24/7 CCTV surveillance that captures everything happening in and around our apartment.
Visitors are searched at the gate before they are allowed entry into the building, and even that, the security guard prompts residents through an intercom for their permission on who has come to see them before they can enter.
All rooms have modern fire and smoke detector systems which quickly send signals to alert management of any fire, then rapid response is taken.
In fact, Mr. Xavier Perez, Project Manager of the apartments, says tenants are more than satisfied with the security of the building. “Security is very important because most of our tenants are from big companies or are diplomats. So, before the companies allow them to rent in Green Views, they send their security department to come and do exhaustive examination of the apartment before they permit them to rent it. And they are always satisfied and happy with our security.”
