Green Views, a new real estate company in Ghana providing luxurious residential apartments, has opened for business. The apartment is sited at the heart of the Airport residential area, near the Nyaho Clinic.
The apartment is made of eight one bedroom, eight two bedrooms, eight three bedrooms, and four duplexes (four bedrooms), all with spacious balconies.

Above all, management of Green Views decided not to export all the materials but ensured some are sourced locally to promote indigenous companies, and remind Ghanaians that it is here to stay. For example, all the wooden doors were supplied by a local manufacturer.
Project Manager of Green Views, Xavier Perez, said the comfort that the apartments provide has made it one of the sought-after residents in the capital, even though it will be ready for habitation by middle of 2018.
