After successfully renting out almost all the rooms in Block A in just three months, Green Views has open its second block, Block B for rent.

Even before making this announcement, four tenants have already registered for rooms in the apartment.

The Block B, like the A, has 14 apartments, 4 one-bedroom apartment, 4 two-bedroom apartment, 4 three-bedroom apartment, and 2 four-bedroom apartment.

All apartments within the block are spacious, with high ceilings and large windows; and are also luminous and well ventilated throughout.

In terms of quality of the construction, high quality materials were used in construction to ensure safety, durability and energy efficiency.

The interiors are also meticulously designed with premium quality kitchen cabinets and appliances, imported bathroom furnishings and tiles, and locally sourced wooden materials.

There are large balconies in all the rooms where tenants can relax and enjoy fresh air or a warm conversation with visitors.

The apartment also has pool, a garden, a gym and roof terrace for hosting recreational activities. There is also a back-up generator and a borehole.

The Project Manager, Xavier Perez, says he is upbeat that all the rooms in the second block will be rented out before the three months achieved by the first block.
